TimeSeries is a fast-growing software company that delivers smart, user friendly low-code applications to our clients. We’re a preferred Siemens partner for its Low-code app platform, Mendix, and have a global presence with offices in Utrecht (NL), Rotterdam (NL), Munich (DE), Denver (USA), Boston (USA) and Montreal (CAN). TimeSeries Netherlands is looking for a talented Sales Director.
As we have been growing rapidly over the last few years and continuing to do, the time has come for us to professionalize our sales cycle and improve our sales processes to ensure that we remain “future proof” and on top of the market. As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for building up and guiding our sales team to make sure you will succeed together in following up leads that result in deals at the end. To make this happen, you get a lot of freedom and therefore, we are looking for an entrepreneurial type of person that likes to take initiative. You work closely together with our CEO, marketing team, account executives and pre-sales in the Netherlands and the extended sales team in Europe and North America.
What we’re looking for
- A passion for new technologies, in particular smart, innovative and creative web and mobile apps and/or application/software development.
- You communicate well, have a winner’s mentality and like to work within a dynamic team!
- You take initiatives and would like to be challenged to grow, expand your skill set and are not afraid to make mistakes.
- You desire working with an incredible talented team and have a drive to support and enable exponential growth.
- You define targets & strategy together with our CEO
- You provide our management with insights into your successes and opportunities in the market
- You find new business opportunities through your own network, by approaching prospects, utilizing relationships with the Mendix Account executive and by following up on marketing leads.
- You offer customers high-quality proposals by interpreting and anticipating business and technical needs together with our technical team.
- You write winning proposals and RFP’s
- You coordinate POC’s together with our pre-sales
- A self starter with the drive to build your own network
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in sales preferably in IT / software development.
- A winner’s mentality and like to work in a winning team
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
